In addition to the above, the campus is attached with a 25 hotel rooms providing 5-star facilities. The functions are an adjunct to Metropolitan where students will undergo progressively intensive on-the-job training (OJT), commencing from the second half of the first year to the first half of the fourth year. The training offers hands-on experience to students and aims at achieving the following:

In the final year, students are responsible for planning, organizing and conducting various events in group of 10-15. The entire organizing of the event will be handled by the students themselves.

The Industrial Training marks would be based on the evaluation done during the Training period and viva based on Log-book/ Training Report submitted by the candidate.

The Project Report marks would be based on the Project submitted and the viva voce based on the above report.
A team of two external examiners and one internal examiner will be constituted to assess the students for the above two courses.

Training report to be submitted along with daily logbook and the Performance Appraisal given by Government Classified Hotels of the level of three star categories and above.

Marks would be awarded as follows by a panel of examiners (two external and one internal):-

Uniform / General Grooming
Uniform for the students: All the students must be decently dressed and well groomed at all times. However, for practical, the following uniforms are compulsory for admittance in the laboratories.
